1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using www.erosluxury-usa.com (the "Site") and purchasing from Eros Luxury (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Products, Pricing & Currencies

All product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for reference. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience; the checkout charge is processed in one of our supported currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY or CHF). Displayed prices include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout via the available methods (major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay — including interest-free installments where offered). An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud.

4. Shipping

All orders ship with free, fully insured, trackable delivery, with an optional paid express service operated by your local premium carrier. See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery times.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, free of charge. Custom or engraved pieces are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

6. Warranty

Every timepiece is covered by a 24-month international warranty against manufacturing defects (movement, hands and dial). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, or damage resulting from service by unauthorized third parties. To claim, contact customer care with your proof of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eros Luxury and its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eros Luxury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy
