45-Day Free Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. You may return your watch within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange — no justification required.
Return Conditions
- The watch must be unworn and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, protective films, tags and included accessories must be returned with the watch.
- Custom or engraved timepieces are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer care team through the contact page at www.erosluxury-usa.com/contact with your order number. Our team will confirm the return address and instructions within 1 business day. Return shipping is free — we will provide instructions for the prepaid, insured return.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation at every step.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. All shipments are fully insured.
Warranty
Separately from this return policy, every Eros Luxury timepiece is covered by a 24-month international warranty against manufacturing defects (movement, hands and dial). Normal wear and tear, water damage caused by misuse, and damage caused by unauthorized repair are not covered.
